Imagine... You are 70 years old. You are looking through your old stuff and then you see a picture where you are with your old friends and that picture was taken 54 years ago. In the picture you and your friends are laughing and you instantly remember all does wonderful memories and your heart gets happy. This is what I was thinking while I was doing my 30- Day Challenge. My 30-Day Challenge was to take a picture with my friends every day, this challenge made me closer to my friends.
Did you know that depending on your friends of the childhood your personality develop happy or sad and this is because they have a great influence in you with the comments and dialogue. Also losing or gaining weight also depends on your friends, because you always want to fit in society and you follow the society "rules" for fitting and you almost every time want to be like very one else so if everyone is thin you want to be thin and if everyone is fat you want to be fat. If your couple was your close friend first there are most possibilities for a longer and healthier relationship.
This topic can make you and your fiends closer and with this topic you will choose best your boyfriends or girlfriends. Having friends can make you have a healthier and longer life because it makes you more social. Having friends is very important for your life and health.
